1)First of all: I left the car with them with my hand/secondary brake still functioning. When I picked it up it was almost totally gone. Apparently they had been test driving the car with the hand brake on. Even though my car shows multiple warning signs to indicate activated handbrake.
2)They told me I had to completely change my fuel pump set. I don't know if it's because I complained about loss of power. Turned out I just needed a speed sensor replaced (confirmed from a specialist at Ikoku).
3)They said I had to change my entire suspension. Turned out I only needed rear wheel alignment and new brake pads.
These guys are just very educated mechanics trying to make massive profit for their company. Btw I was charged 100k for the diagnosis.. money well wasted!

Not only was the problem I came in for not properly resolved, but new mechanical issues appeared shortly after I picked up the car—issues that were never present before their work. When I questioned the cost and the condition of my vehicle, I received no clear explanation, no accountability, and no sense of professionalism.
As a customer, you expect honesty, competence, and basic care for your vehicle. Unfortunately, this shop demonstrated none of those qualities. What should have been a simple fix turned into unnecessary expenses, wasted time, and additional damage that I now have to deal with elsewhere.
I strongly do not recommend this mechanic shop to anyone. If you value your vehicle and your money, take it somewhere that is transparent, skilled, and trustworthy—this place is not it.
