The Medical Director is knowledgeable and skilled. His post-surgical care is horrible and terrible. He lacks human sympathy and would treat his patients like a corpse as soon as he gets paid. Too bad that his expertise marred by his character.

If there's a space for zero, that's what I will rate them. They made a mess of my arm. When I went back to complain, the director became violent, cursing and swearing. My arm was in POP yet he pushed me to get out of his office. A patient with POP!
