My sister’s children were admitted to this hospital, and I am deeply concerned about the way they were treated. I have never heard of a situation where parents, especially a mother, are instructed not to be present while their young children are receiving injections or having a cannula inserted. It is difficult to understand why a mother would be prevented from being in the room with her children during such a procedure. I am also concerned that, instead of having appropriately trained medical staff manage the situation, security personnel were reportedly called to restrain the children. This seems unacceptable and raises serious questions about the hospital’s procedures and standards of care. My nieces were admitted to this hospital, and their mother was not allowed to accompany them during treatment. One of my nieces, who is only a little over one year old, has since developed a serious problem with her hand, which appears to have worsened due to what I believe may have been negligence in her care. I want this hospital to take these concerns seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into what happened. If my niece suffers any permanent injury or further complications as a result of the care she received, our family will consider all available legal options to seek accountability. We expect a prompt response and a full explanation regarding the treatment provided and the circumstances surrounding these events.

The environment is great and serene but I have issues with their antibiotics usage. They use lots of antibiotics to treat even the simplest disease. Also most treatment is done via IV.

I spent my whole day here today, I don’t understand why everything has to take so much time, it’s appalling and stressful. You’d spend 2hrs waiting to be seen, another one hour to get a test done… I was told the result will be out in 30mins, I had to wait another 2hrs for that
