1. I was confronted by a staff for filing a complaint about them 2. 2 members of staff verbally argued and insulted themselves in front of patients in the waiting area. Overall: lack of professionalism

Very nonchalant attitude towards patients. Their staff lack empathy and the hygiene of their sheets is very questionable. The nurse was nice but other than that, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Asides the doctor who seems to be well educated & a proper professional, the rest of their staff are below average.. no coordination whatsoever. You’re the one to hustle for your lab result & go back & forth to billing. Not a great experience

Doctors aren’t very efficient anymore. I told them my symptoms and they wrote down something else. I said I had cough and wasn’t even asked what type of cough. Their staff speak too loudly and play for professionals. Otherwise, they’re nice.

One of the best in Port Harcourt for cardiology consultations. Staff members are cautious and professional. Environment is clean. Constant power supply.
