However, there is noticeable delays in the reply and handling of medical cases which improvement is highly recommended. In terms of infrastructure, the environment is top notch, neat and well maintained. We appreciate their since of duty and diligence but recommend hiring more staff to mitigate any shortfall that might arise as the Hospital progresses with innovation.

He consistently checked on me to know if I was feeling better, which made me feel cared for and reassured throughout my treatment. The nurses were also very friendly and supportive. They attended to me with patience and kindness, making my stay much more comfortable. Overall, I felt well taken care of, and I truly appreciate the dedication and compassion shown by the entire medical team.

scotch B. ★★★★★ : I was birthed at this hospital and cos of that I hold it dear to my heart, but I am terribly disappointed that as I got here to pick up my birth certificate the lady involved after telling me I have to pay 3000 naira for pickup still added extra 2k for herself. Sorry to ask is it that you guys don't pay or train your staff? So if I didn't have 5k I won't pick up my certificate or what? I was proud to see that kanayo hospital has really upgraded but this whole experience with your staff has left me shook.

They next day a number sent me a test,,,shalom! And next thing was my result. No apology and even advices i open a folder with them .that was so unprofessional.make I just stop here.if you’re an out patient coming for follicular tracking, please think twice.

It has male and female wards. You can pay by debt card, credit card or transfer. The hospital has experienced and qualified specialists, doctors, nurses, caregivers, etc. Their wards are well ventilated.
Favour N. ★★★★★ : Iyi-Enu Mission Hospital has a long-standing reputation and provide essential services to the community. My experience was decent; the medical staff appeared knowledgeable, and the environment is relatively organized. However, the wait times were quite long, and I feel that the administrative processes (like registration and billing) could be more efficient. It’s a reliable hospital, but there is definitely room for improvement in patient turnaround time.
