What truly stood out, though, was the staff. The nurses, doctor and even the cleaning team were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, answered our many questions without ever making us feel rushed and checked on him regularly. Their warmth and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful stay into something almost comforting. Special shout out to the Manager for an amazing food menu. We really enjoyed the meals.
