I walked into the hospital to conduct some test for my niece and I ran into a lady whose communication skill is top notch, I was marveled by the way she speaks and she provided the necessary assistance for us till we had our results.

Finally after the Dr called me he asked me to go back, so rude and unprofessional. I tried to stand on my right to be treated right and he threatened to call security guards on me. I stood on my right still, I spoke to other staffs and they won’t take accountability. Finally the security guards came and they spoke with calmness, maturity, and professionalism. As for the Dr, his name is Dr. Akinsete, an old man for that matter and yet very unprofessional and rude. Professionalism in this hospital is zero. Be expected to be treated like a rag and like a beggar or less in this hospital. If you want professionalism and your health prioritized, it’s better to go to another hospital or better still find a private hospital. I am deeply disappointed even though the hospital is not under FUTA!
