This is not an hospital to be honest, especially if you have health emergency, they might tell you to come back on the day of the doctor's appointment instead of starting your treatment immediately If you know a better option just use it and save your life and money

I personally think the management don't care how this place is run, how can staff from nurse to doctors be so rude to patients and this has been on for a long time, yet nothing is been done to change that. Doctors would walk out for more than an hour without telling the patient…
