No complaints about the airport itself. People have been very helpful and friendly to me and my husband, maybe too friendly that my husband would get frustrated 🤪. It would be nice to see this become international so if in the future we should happen to travel abroad we could skip Lagos and go straight to our destination. Only 3 stars because the planes seriously need cleaned and I can’t help but wonder if there’s roaches on board if there’s maintenance being done on any planes going in or out? I don’t know but just food for thought 💭

HEEzenweAku★★★★★ — I booked Auto Star (AS) to travel from Enugu to Abuja on January 22nd, 2026, and it was a horrible experience. Where do I even start? From the lack of punctuality to the staff and drivers who have terrible attitudes, or the rickety Siennas they use for the journey?
How can a transport company board passengers in a vehicle with an engine that nearly knocked at Orokam, Benue State? We were left stranded for three hours before they sent another rickety 'rescue' Sienna. To make matters worse, the calls made to customer care were as bad as the vehicle itself; the personnel seemed completely unbothered by the disservice and the fact that our lives were put at risk.
While we thankfully reached Abuja around 7:48 PM, I will NEVER travel with them again or advise anyone else to use their services. I must, however, commend the driver who at least had the decency to apologize—perhaps because he was suffering through the ordeal right along with us.
