Maduneme S.★★★★★ — great customer service experience. one can get vehicle going to Lagos, Abuja e.t.c
Titus E.★★★★★ — Good Morning.
I must honestly say the management in Portharcourt office close to NAF Base are very unprofessional, rude, corrupt, and indiscipline. They need training in logistics ,Human management and material handling.
They drop customers luggage after charging for extra luggage fee just to accommodate waybill or luggage for individual that are not in the vehicle making the vehicle overloaded and customers not having space for their own luggage.
I believe this does not align with the owners core Mission and Vision for this business.
Thanks and best regards
Mayowa M.★★★★★ — Port Harcourt Domestic and the new International terminal was commissioned by the executive president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari on 25 October 2018. In 2009, the airport served 1,081,587 passengers, making it the Third-Busiest Airport in Nigeria after the (1) Lagos Muritala Muhammed International Airport and (2) The Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
The manager of the Port Harcourt international airport is Mrs Ifesinachi Ezike. In 1997, Air France started flights to Paris, then the Paris-Port Harcourt route was later suspended in 2019.
On 18 August 2006, the airport was closed for repairs. The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority stated that the emergency shutdown was in order to overhaul the runway and build a fence around the facility.
Chukwudi C.★★★★★ — Port Harcourt Domestic Airport reminds me of a smaller version of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. It’s not as large or as busy, but it still manages to deliver a clean, organized, and fairly modern travel experience. The terminal is simple and easy to navigate, which makes it less overwhelming compared to Lagos or Abuja.
One thing I really like about this airport is how well-arranged the car hire services are. Unlike Lagos Murtala Muhammed International (MM1), where the transport scene can sometimes feel disorganized and stressful, Port Harcourt is much calmer. Drivers have designated spots, the process is more transparent, and you don’t have to deal with the usual aggressive hustling. For me, that makes a huge difference after a long flight, because you can quickly sort out your transport without unnecessary drama.
Of course, being a smaller airport, there aren’t as many options when it comes to food, shopping, or lounges. But in return, you get shorter queues, quicker check-ins, and generally less congestion. Security checks are professional and not overly time-consuming, and baggage claim is reasonably efficient.
Overall, Port Harcourt Domestic Airport might not have all the extras that Abuja or Lagos offers, but it makes up for it with simplicity, orderliness, and an especially organized transport system. If you’re flying in or out of Port Harcourt, you’ll likely find it to be a smooth and stress-free experience.

kakam N.★★★★★ — The Port Harcourt International Airport (PHC) in Omagwa, Port Harcourt, Nigeria is one of the early airports & major hub serving mostly Rivers & Bayelsa States plus the other south south & south eastern states. It is both a domestic & international airport with separate terminals, thus also connecting to cities in Europe, Africa, Middle East, & USA etc. It's Nigeria's third busiest airport, though not as busy as Lagos & Abuja international airports. The construction of a new passenger terminal building was commenced in 2014 to meet the growing passenger traffic, & became operational in 2018. Located in the rich oil & gas region of the country, the airport plays a pivotal role as a major travel & economic hub in Nigeria's economic system. There has been an upward trend in traffic in this airport of both personnel & cargo which was called for the enhancement & upgrade of facilities therein. Operations at Port Harcourt International Airport began in the 1980s. Unfortunately, the airport was closed in August 2006 due to security issues & was re-opened in December 2007 with limited capacity. Full operations resumed in 2018 when the new terminal was commissioned. Proir to the closure, a single terminal was being used to handle both international & domestic travels. The construction of the new terminal made it possible for to separate the two terminals, one each for international & domestic flights. There is heavy military, police & security presence in the airport & even in the state in general due to economic importance & past security issues. Nevertheless, the airport just like the city of PHC is unique in so many ways. For starters, it's the airport in the Nigerian prime oil city. Attracting a diverse number of travelers, both Nigerian citizens & foreigners. The airport is well planned & constructed. Adequate lounges, shops, clean conveniences, friendly staff & atmosphere..etc. Multiple immigration arrival & departure desks, 24 check-in counters for ease of passenger check-in. Four passenger boarding bridges & 3 baggage collection carousels, all serviceable & operational. Not much hassles or tussles. A good welcome to the 'Garden or Oil City' of Port Harcourt. Multiple lounges to wine & dine while you wait for your flight This is a beautiful & functional airport to say the least. A beautiful airport in a beautiful city & a blessed land. I commend the minds & hands that conceived, planned, executed & are running this establishment respectively
Bilkisu A.★★★★★ — I had an amazing experience with the drivers, very timely, patience and professional. I would recommend a hundred times more. Thank you for making my experience smooth.
Nnenna O.★★★★★ — Very professional drivers. Clean and sound vehicles. Have recommended them to many of my friends who now patronise them very regularly.
Emeka FO★★★★★ — I had some reservations about my interaction with the customer service officer. Their professionalism left much to be desired, and they appeared to approach their duties with a sense of reluctance, reminiscent of experiences one might encounter at government service institutions.
I had anticipated a more dynamic, welcoming, and contemporary atmosphere within the workplace. It seemed as though the environment had been hastily assembled. It's worth noting that the ambiance of a location can significantly influence the perception of the individuals therein and the quality of services one can expect.
Additionally, the absence of clear signage to identify the property, coupled with the GPS location directing to a junction rather than the property itself (which is situated within a close), may necessitate the establishment of a more precise GPS pin to facilitate accurate navigation.
Lutherking A.★★★★★ — Quite interesting with a very functional mechanic called Pam autos fixing virtually all kind of engines and a superb car wash also perform washing services for tricycles and motorcycles, Pam drive are exceptional in their services and are dedicated to giving clients the best jobs and service ever, you should try them out one of the days iam sure you wouldn't regret it
Nwanneka A.★★★★★ — Very terrible service. Confused set of drivers who would do anything to get passengers.
