The audacity! They're more concerned with lining their pockets than ensuring customer comfort. Their blame-shifting and gross negligence are the final nails in their coffin. Let me be clear: I will NEVER, under any circumstances, patronize this company again. Their service is a disaster, and their customer service is nonexistent. Warning to others: avoid this company like the plague

But the driver and the management insisted that the package must be paid for at N5, 000. The driver insisted that, if the passenger coming to Ugep collects the package, he'll be dropped at the park. Honestly, I really find it difficult to accept what just happened this morning. Meanwhile, I have collected a package for someone and delivered it myself. Please, I'm calling the attention of the Management in Calabar to do something about this exploitation, or else I'll do it myself. The driver's name is Edet.
