Very poor service like they don't pay staffs at all. Typically most of the items on the food menu are not available. I even tried to reach out to the manager but nowhere to be found. Visited with my family and got really disappointed. Deserved a zero star rating of possible.

A lot needs to be done. Reception is fair. Decor resplendent. Love the artwork. Very classy. However the power supply was epileptic and food unpalatable despite waiting for 3 hours for it to be prepared. Please address these challenges

Fully booked out at the moment till January I heard. But this is a brand new hotel located at the heart of Onitsha in a very serene location. This amazing edifice should definitely be on your go-to list!
