What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service, the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve every issue I brought to their attention, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has great amenities. I enjoyed using the gym, spa, massage parlor, the pool bar restaurant was well-kept, and was spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay at Chyben Leisure Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I haven't really tried their service here but the intercom isn't working and the Air conditioners in the standard rooms only function when there is Power; as for the location I personally think it's easy to find as they have a big signpost along the road but it's not far from Aroma Junction though. I would highly recommend Billion Suite to anyone visiting Awka.

Facility is barely on par, the swimming pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had algae (too bad my friend didn’t notice this early enough before entering the pool) Our toilet bathroom kept getting flooded and service from the staffs just there. There was a time this place was a hit, not anymore unfortunately. Plus the hotel is quite farther away from the towns hub of activities.

Services on point, a particular house keeper El-Shadai he is a consistent and amazing house keeper he has an outstanding personality. The chefs and workers in the restaurant are amazing also very accommodating and ready to offer the best and the food , is very tasty, clean environment also. Reception staff are very good too, they seem very happy with their job and prompt to attend to guest complaints. The management did a good job with hiring their staff. My stay was incredible. It’s a 5/5 rating for me.

Elenaya ★★★★★ : I just checked out of the hotel and this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Their customer service is zero, very slow and unresponsive. I had to swim and I was told to wait for 30 mins because the pool was being cleaned. But they knew that it won’t be available that day an no one came to tell me. I had to wait a long time and then go verify myself again and I was told to wait till the next day. I ordered room service about three times and each time my order wasn’t started until I called back an hour later after wondering what the hold up is for. That’s when they’ll start preparing the food and I have to wait another 30 mins before I can get it. Once they forgot my spoon to eat and I called to ask and it took 30 mins for them to bring AN ORDINARY SPOON!!! Another time they forgot the water I ordered and it took almost a freaking hour for them to bring my water. Another time I asked for chicken and they put goat meat!! I don’t eat goat meat! Their customer service is just trash and their receptionists keep eye balling you.

The refused to refund and went ahead to call police on us. We paid for about 18 rooms, this is so bad. We asked them for Chicken pepper soup and the said they have and it's pay before service and we made payment, and they came back and said Chicken pepper soup is finished and they can't refund we ended up eating what we don't like. A friend wanted to pay for water 10k and sent 100k and they refused to refund us. That we can keep buying water . Omo. Please just avoid this place...
