The outdoor Restroom is not safe for ladies. The door cant lock and the window low and open. So disappointed😞 Let me talk about the fact that I tried to take a picture on my way out, at the lobby and one of their managers told the receptionist to take money from me. That I would pay before taking pictures of myself with my own phone. So rude. If you don't want people to take pictures, then put up a notice about it. Don't embarrass your customers. It was a waste of my time and money. Even the milkshake was just sugar and colour. I regretted coming there to hangout

Poor or no maintenance and aged. Low water pressure some of the AC isn’t even chilling. You can’t even change TV channels because TV remote is no where to be found.
The internet connection around the environment is poor.
The worker lack professional skill and I consider it a bit too pricey for what they offer. Worst experience.

Light went off, they refused to put on the generator till I went down to ask them to put it on, all this was happening by 5am! The bathrooms had no light, heater wasn’t working, the door handle was broken so we had to be extra careful as not to lock ourselves in! we had to call them to check on the AC cause it wasn’t working.
Didn’t clean the room for the stay the next day and told us it wasn’t their duty.
A very miserable experience was what we had there! If there was anything less than a 1 star review, that’s what I would have given them!
