Ethan★★★★★ — This resort is terribly managed. They’re cost cutting to an unreasonable level. When we came here none of the amenities were available. The pool was empty, the gym didn’t even exist, they only turn on the air conditioner 6:30pm- 9am, the air conditioner leaked fluid all over the floor and into my luggage dirtying all my clothes, the water pressure was low, they literally cut toilet paper in half, the wifi almost never works. The only saving grace are the staff who worked hard to help their guests.
