I just checked out of the hotel and this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Their customer service is zero, very slow and unresponsive. I had to swim and I was told to wait for 30 mins because the pool was being cleaned. But they knew that it won’t be available that day…

Their customer service is verryyy poor, imagine paying 90k for a room only to find out that their water heater isn't working and the receiptionist was very rude to me when i made complaint instead of apologise for their bad service.
