The rooms are spacious and the beds are wide but the ACs are not working. It's affordable but the hotel needs renovations.

This was actually a nice lodge, I stayed there for 3days and all through it was great. Only issue is the light which comes by 6pm till the next morning. Water runs and the water heater works. AC works. Cleaning is great.

It's terrible Poor light. Dirty toilets. Irritating service. Overall its not a place to stay. They ration light. They don't use Ac. They give you standing fans My god I'm ashamed of this place. They need to sit up. Pls don't come here if you like your sanity

Service delivery gets worse with every visit. Terrible bathrooms , toilet is a no no Poor hygiene. Rooms are not properly cleaned up. (Check the headboard area of the bed, where all dirts are swept to) Water became serious challenge at some point. Only 1socket in the room 😁…

Located along the road. Not far from the Federal University of Akure Gate. A quiet place to pass the night if you are on visit. Has moderate sized hall and a larger hall for different events. Good receptionist (at least when I went there). Not too elaborate to be 4 stars but good…
