The location is also by the roadside and about about 1 kilometers away from Mayfair, the hotel is also quite popular so you can simply flag and bikeman(okada) and tell them you are going to to Hillspring. Compared to other hotels in the area, this had the most praise, and I wasn’t disappointed. No unnecessary noise despite been on the road side.

The room is okay, the bathroom had water heater, clean water and good Air conditioning. The pool is clean as well. You get to eat complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Moses A.★★★★★ — Its location is great. The pricing is great, although I couldn’t tell the difference between the the rooms and its differentiated cost, it’s not explicitly defined. The rooms could have been better, the toilet door for example I couldn’t close the door, I did close it, and had to call the customer service to come unlock it, with some sort of pliers, imagine I was locked inside, I wouldn’t be able to call for help. There was not hanger in the bathroom to hang towels too.
Other than that it’s great.
Their bar is alright, however their restaurant isn’t, I was told I’ll have to wait for them to prepare my meal, I couldn’t wait considering I was starving. The Reception service guys are great, and professional. The whole service could be better but overall It’s a nice hotel

The first room I paid ₦30,000 for had a toilet that didn’t flush and the room key was stuck in the mount, meaning anyone could easily enter. I had to change to another room for ₦35,000, but it looked old and wasn’t worth the price. The next morning, I discovered the showers weren’t working. For the amount charged, the facilities and maintenance were far below standard. Definitely not worth the price,also don’t worth your stay !

The only drawbacks for me are the location, and the views. I looked out my window once, and never again until I left🤣
