Faith ★★★★★ : Luckily for me I was able to be attended to, the process is so slow just to get a card renewal. There should be kiosk or self services down stairs that people can print from just like other banks. Sorry to compare but it’s such a tedious process for a card renewal while it just took me less than 30 minutes to get my Atm while Zenith took me 2 hours. Please this should be worked on.
