All the contact numbers on their socials are wrong and they do not respond to DMs so finding a way to even reach them is a chore.
When you finally reach them, best believe you will have to make multiple daily sacrifices to whatever god you serve before you receive any solution. They’ll send you on an ‘apology tour’ from one team to another and offer no help or resolution to your transaction.

I'm so full of regrets for getting involved with flutterwave. I should have read the reviews here before signing up. Their customer service is poor. Agents seem trained to buy time for the company so they keep transferring you to a different agent (time wasters) every week or so. I requested an account closure and for that I've been put on a more than 3 weeks wait for them to settle my dollars and close the account. Even after they warned twice that funds would be settled in naira. The second warning obviously for time-wasting since I agreed in the first instance. Boy, I never knew account closure to be so complex. They withhold/retain funds without as much as an explanation to the customer. Quite reflective of their business because I know I felt at some point they were trading with my funds till month end. I honestly regret their business
