I understand that compliance reviews are important, but a process lasting over six weeks without a clear outcome or regular communication is disappointing. Businesses depend on timely access to their funds and transparent support, and this experience has fallen far short of those expectations. I hope Paystack will urgently resolve this matter and improve its communication with merchants going forward. Based on my experience so far, I cannot confidently recommend the platform to other business owners who depend on reliable payouts and responsive support.
