Give us value for our money when it comes to food ! I was being served FAT as meat on my food , and I was trying to talk to the lady that served she just gave a very non chalk any response and attitude, you need to do better in terms of food, it’s literally so annoying!

Food is still in the works as not everything on menu is readily available. Located in a calm environment, you will enjoy the peace for the most part except on some occasions. Rooms are different giving a wide range to choose. Facilities are infact aging however, there seem to be some effort in managing what is standing. So if you are on a "good" budget, love to get some comfort and in benin for a stay of about a week, you would like it.

Not suitable for family as young boys that are supposed to be in school are always flooding the place with boisterous noise. Internet? Forget it! No internet.no good tv stations ,your child can't even watch a simple cartoon on YouTube because no internet yet they collect huge sum of money for stay. The owner of place should do a total overhaul of management. The 'madam' you Put there is not doing anything, only comes to collect money and over work the underpaid very young FEW staffs. The only good thing there is light and AC. We were given towels that a mad man can't even use, they had to run and buy new towels and knife 🤦🏽‍♀️ AFTER MUCH SCREAMING. Bedsheets, nothing to write home about. I can go on and on. IT'S NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY VERY VERY POROUS AS NO SUITABLE SECURITY AS THEY CLAIM! IF YOU COLLECT SUCH HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEN MAKE THE PLACE UP TO STANDARD MR OWNER!

Francis O. ★★★★★ : Nice apartment, the TVs are all working fine, the PS5 working perfectly, AC working fine although one had fault in one of the sitting rooms, the Jacuzzi in each rooms of the apartment I booked weren't working well. They have a nice pool but lots of Chlorine in it making it very difficult to swim underwater. It gives your eyes a burning sensation. Aside all these, it's a perfect place to hangoutwithF friends and family.

Rooms are beautiful, The staffs are very respectful and professional, especially Miss shade(the receptionist), she was a whole vibe and humble. The food looks home made. Was amazed to see good security men there also. Definitely my new favorite place in Benin city. Definitely coming back again. Keep it up guys
