The owner of place should do a total overhaul of management.
The 'madam' you Put there is not doing anything, only comes to collect money and over work the underpaid very young FEW staffs.

We were given towels that a mad man can't even use, they had to run and buy new towels and knife 🤦🏽♀️ AFTER MUCH SCREAMING. Bedsheets, nothing to write home about. I can go on and on.
IT'S NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY VERY VERY POROUS AS NO SUITABLE SECURITY AS THEY CLAIM! IF YOU COLLECT SUCH HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEN MAKE THE PLACE UP TO STANDARD MR OWNER!

There was no proper running water, and when water was available, it was dirty and caused a rash on my face. The toilet was not flushing properly, and mosquitoes were biting me throughout the night. Overall, the room was not worth the price I paid.

The hinges were falling off the doors, cigarette burns on the tables, there were stains on the bedsheets and dents everywhere. My son tripped over the stairs and sprained his ankle because the final step was very hazardous.
