Zosky★★★★★ — Good location. First thing receptionist says to you when you arrive is that if you stain the bedsheets or spoil anything you will pay N100k. Shampoo was like water. Water heater is so small like 4L that you can’t run a continuous shower of hot water. You have to shower and pause. During festivities, the restuarant abandons the guests room service. Breakfast was very bad. No variety. No coffee as part of complimentary breakfast because they want you to buy N5000 coffee and more from their cafe. Very bad socket locations in the room. It’s difficult to be on the bed and charge your phone. For an executive room, the bathroom looks bad. Shower curtain is very short. The internet was fluctuating between good and bad the whole time I stayed there.
This hotel given that it’s opposite Jay signature should sit up as they will lose their customers. Hotel is very basic.

Oleka A.★★★★★ — I had high expectations for this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, and I was genuinely looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, my experience was poor overall. While the accommodation itself did not really offer a “hotel experience,” I was willing to overlook that given the price. In fact, the privacy was one of the few positives, so that part didn’t bother me. However, several operational and customer service issues made the stay very disappointing. Firstly, there seems to be a serious lack of communication between reception staff. I paid for a night and clearly informed the hotel in advance that I would require a late checkout. I was told it would cost ₦9,000 per hour, which I agreed to. Despite this, upon check-in I was informed that I would only be told by 10 am on my checkout day whether the room would even be available for a late checkout. This was shocking, especially since I had already made a reservation and explained that I had a flight to catch. It made no sense to leave something that important as a “probability. Secondly, the breakfast options were extremely poor. The only choices available were a feta omelette or yam with egg sauce. This is very limited and disappointing for a hotel offering breakfast as part of the stay. Another unpleasant experience was when I called reception in the morning to request an extra roll of toilet paper because the single roll provided was already exhausted. Instead of simply attending to the request, I was questioned about why I needed extra tissue since I was checking out that day. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Finally, the checkout process was the worst part of the experience. My friend and I were basically accosted and detained at reception because the hotel claimed a fourth bath towel was missing. With a flight to catch and no willingness from staff to resolve the issue promptly, we had to pay for the allegedly missing towel rather than wait indefinitely for housekeeping to confirm their own inventory. I honestly loved the idea of this hotel before visiting, but based on my actual experience, I would not recommend it.

Nduka O.★★★★★ — The lounge is nice. Good spot for neighborhood hangouts and small events
