how can you call the kitchen by 3 am only for them to remove the phone from functioning and even the front desk and nobody would answer ? ( what if it was an emergency?)
Even when you’re playing games with the light .. the lights would just go off without any power saving that will help not to disrupt your online gameplay. For gamers
… I even made an order of yam and egg sauce only for them to take up to 3 hours before they could get it for me.
These are minor things that needs to be looked into.. other Big hotels do not function like this
