The staff are very friendly and professional at the same time . I wish I could mention all of them but I’ll start with the few I had the opportunity to meet at least twice. Ocean ,Ray , the two Emmanuel’s and Stephen I’ll say they exceeded my expectations for customer service. My room was immaculately clean the modern remote controlled windows and the fact I didn’t have to touch the trash cans made me so happy. Eko hotel, Sheraton, Hilton n the rest of them are nothing compared to this hotel and the price is so cheap for what u get I loved the softy clean white bedsheets the firmness of the bed ,D simple art on the walls. The layered security gave me so much peace . Was nice meeting all the managers n staff at this hotel. I’ll definitely refer and come back again hoping the standard and maintenance remains the same.

Nonye was nice to us, she made sure we didn't complain twice about anything, we will be coming to nigeria for easter and we hope to see her again.

I went online and saw that on expedia there are 3 available 3 bedroom apartments. I booked one of the apartments. I called them back to confirm that my transaction went through. I was told to go and cancel that transaction because they don't take expedia. I did but now they wouldn't give refund. Fraud Fraud Fraud. Stay away from using Expedia for Owerri hotels and Apartments. I have opened Fraud dispute with my credit card and expedia.
