From reservations to stay they showed great professionalism. I stayed at their apartments. I can't speak for the hotel guests. Things to improve: 1. Acess to the apartments - For a 2 bedroom, I think their should be temporary acess for the second room occupant. The access scanner at apartment entrance doors need to be relaired 2. Elevators in some blocks don't work. 3. Digitize your meal registration. Making someone sign a register feels like secondary school. I believe you have the finesse and capacity to operate a digital acess restaurant.
