The staff are warm, courteous, and always willing to help at any time of the day. Both the bathrooms and bed linens are exceptionally clean, which adds to the overall comfort. The only downside is that the food is quite expensive. That said, it truly stands out as a gem in Ubeji, Warri—one of a kind in the area and definitely worth experiencing.

The water side facilities need proper maintenance, the quad bikes not in view with 1 looking damsel and abandoned forgotten at the rare. There should be more additional activities of interest introduced and adequate officials on ground to ensure rules are adhered to such as smoking of prohibited substances in the premises, and stationed all around to prevent persons from veering away towards the open water, especially the young ones. The boat rides should be emphasized as as introducing water bikes and other such mind/eye teasers. Notable was the poor state of 2 crocodiles/alligators that were confined in a very limited space without access to water for cooling. The management should do better and make it an enjoyable to-go location.
