This place felt like home for me the moment I got in. Everyone I met were both professional and friendly at the same. The staff who stood out for me is Nkechi.A. She made my stay here really exceptional. Such that when she was off for 2 days, I felt abandoned. She paid attention…

I’ve stayed here a couple of times, and every visit has been a great experience. The environment is serene, clean, and very relaxing. The rooms are well maintained, and the food, especially the buffet, is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff are…

Just had an amazing experience at Novotel Port Harcourt. Didn't stay there but popped in over the weekend for some drinks and then decided to get something to eat, and was blown away by the service. The waiter, David, is attentive, friendly, smiles always and was knowledgeable…

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Port Harcourt, although the current power supply is unstable, but I was told it was just a temporary issue. As for the restaurant, I truly appreciated the excellent room service provided by PRECIOUS E., and her thoughtful menu recommendations. She…
