Leke O.★★★★★ — Fantastic experience with pure hospitality. Breakfast was good with varieties.
Sadly the internet let them down.
Charles O.★★★★★ — Heritage Continental hotel is easy to locate in Ijapo estate, Akure.
The services are okay and the rooms comfortable. There is swimming pool, properly monitored. The food is good and there is 'free' breakfast for all lodgers.
There is constant electricity and the food is good..
Olukemi★★★★★ — I stayed on the 1st floor and noticed that some of the AC units on the right were not working like room 120 ... however all my friends dt stayed in the rooms on the left had no complaints.
So I complained and my room was changed. Also breakfast buffet wasn't so good.... didn't come wth too many options. Other than that, a beautiful hotel...oh and shower in d bathroom was divine, beds were also very comfy

Ann A.★★★★★ — The pool is big and nice but the people in charge of maintenance need to reduce the chlorine in the pool, it’s very acidic and harmful. It feels too hard on the skin and it bleached my friend’s swimwear from black to purple. The chlorine is just too much.

Charles O.★★★★★ — The Bliss World Resorts &Hotels is a compact hotel with good services for it's size. It is a moderate sized hotel in a serene environment.
The customer will be satisfied with the comfort of the rooms, whichever of the different types offered. There is constant light, I don't know how they manage that in these times.
A plus is the free breakfast for all customers irrespective of the class of room occupied which is a plus. It creates an avenue for interaction among it's customers. I've enjoyed my stay for the times spent there.

Ayeni A.★★★★★ — Very bad. There is a particular fair receptionist that will always frustrate your stay. She lacks communication skills and manner . She disrespect customers whenever you lodge a complaint.
RCCG S.★★★★★ — This is my second home anytime I am in Ondo State. The unique beautiful experience starts from the gate, and you can't miss the welcoming smiles at the front desk, especially when Teresa is on duty.
The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything that can make your stay a wonderful experience. The complimentary breakfast for ONLY one person is nice, if you are two in a room, the second person is charged.
I will always return to this hotel and encourage everyone who needs a secured, moderate, and friendly atmosphere to book it.
A trial will convince you.

Abiodun F.★★★★★ — I attended a wedding party at the event hall, not at the hotel. The air-conditioning in hall seems not effective.
Funmilayo A.★★★★★ — So I stayed 3 days and 3 nights here.
1. Security is tight and very good, one will feel safe, other staff were quite friendly, polite and helpful.
2. It serves as a good place to lodge, especially if you have an event and is lucky to use their event centre. I think they have conference/meeting rooms too.
3. Rooms are quite affordable and cleaned at all times, telecom is working and they respond promptly. I could remember the heater in my room not working and they brought me hot water in an electric kettle after attempting to fix the heater
4. I don't like the idea of not allowing guests to buy food. I mean, if a guest complains of not being able to afford their food which actually is expensive, should the guest go on to starve?
I bought a plate of tasteless noodles for ₦7500 and I'm not even exaggerating, it was tasteless, they used sour tomatoes too and who uses tomatoes in noodles FFS? I brought in a pack of water and I was questioned before they let me go. Will they be liable for the health condition of a guest in the case of food poisoning? I don't want to buy food from you and I can't afford your meals are valid and considerable reasons please.
5. The breakfast is small, better to cancel the so-called breakfast for all rooms or increase the portions. On the first day, I had moimoi and pap, it was quite fair, day 2 was pap and akara. That akara sells for just ₦200 at most outside, the akara was too soggy from oil (please some of us take our health seriously to be eating oil), can be increased to 4, third day was worse 🤣. Two slices of bread with one fried egg in between.
We're not beggars now, haba. Other hotels who didn't charge up to Sunbeth provided at least 4 slices of bread with very rich eggs.
The only available tea was Lipton, there should be options please (Milo/bournvita and Nescafé).
6. The kitchen staff on the third day were very rude, the third day was August 29th, 2025. They made a mockery of a guest and her children, just because she didn't understand how the breakfast works over there. I did my bit by cautioning them however.
I hope the service improves by the next time I'd be using the place.
Dammy E.★★★★★ — I had a lovely and refreshing stay at Premier Holiday Resort. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax.
The staff were courteous and professional, and the room was well arranged. It was also nice to see some peacocks flying around too in real life.. (Smiles)
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
OYEDEPO V.★★★★★ — I had a wonderful stay at Premier Holiday Resort. The environment is peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was neat, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the food and the relaxing recreational facilities, especially the pool area.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable getaway. I look forward to visiting again.
Adenike K.★★★★★ — This is breathtaking and beautiful. For now it screams luxury and style, but I fear the management needs to be assertive when it comes to maintaining the hotel. It’s actually nice and amazing
Bo B.★★★★★ — The rooms I was given had bugs on them. Nice frontdesk staff but need to conduct proper hospitality training for their entire staff, especially housekeeping. I had a housekeeping staff barge in my room without knocking. The hotel needs to have a "Do not disturb" signage. No excuse on not having that at all.
As part of the larger conversation with Nigeria, maintenance is of utmost importance. Hotel walls shouldn't be dirty. Bathroom shouldn't be moldy. Hot water should run properly without going out. TV didn't have good channels or service. The second floor hallway was constantly warm and humid. No working AC there. Oh, the elevator is ridiculously small and DID NOT WORK.
The hotel restaurant was constantly not serving a good majority of what was on their menu. Hotel only provides breakfast to 1 person per room. If i'm paying a ridiculous amount of money to stay at a hotel, everyone should be able to get a free breakfast voucher.
