The worst branch ever with an extremely rude relationship manager Uwayemwen Michelle Okundia, who ignores customers and when asked for updates exhibit hostility, definitely closing all accounts with the bank, worst experience

Considering that that this branch is on a major road, with high vehicular traffic conditions, there was a bit of a queue accessing the automated teller machine for withdrawals. I was however happy that the interbank networks cooperated and my card wasn't rejected. It's also…
