Very poor customer care,you can wait for hours without still resolving it especially those customers care services that are resolving accounts issues

Neat environment. Except for the queues indoor and outdoor it's a pleasant place. One of the few FBN not yet visited by the men of the underworld. Bank in safety.

Just as you enter the bank, you see this agents/people who will come to you and ask what you want to do, so as to direct you to the right place. That is excellent.
