The T. ★★★★★ : I met one of the ladies at the customer service section this morning, and she was so pleasant. She’s the first one by the entrance. However, the other one, named Ngozi, kept yelling at customers about how the office is small and stuffy. She jumped into every conversation and snapped at will. You might want to look into adding more hands to that department, as the branch has a high number of customers. I stood for over an hour before I was informed to go get another card because the machine retained my card.

Ademola A. ★★★★★ : Absolutely disgraceful service. I spent hours at this bank trying to correct an error they made on my account details, and yet I was treated like it was my fault. The level of inefficiency, disorganisation, and complete lack of urgency is shocking. How is it that a simple correction—caused by your staff—turns into a full-day ordeal for a customer? No one takes responsibility. You’re passed from one person to another, each more clueless or indifferent than the last. There’s no empathy, no professionalism, and certainly no respect for people’s time. You expect customers to be patient while your team fumbles basic administrative tasks. Meanwhile, people have jobs, appointments, and lives to return to. If this is how you treat customers when you’re fixing your own mistake, I truly worry for anyone needing serious banking assistance here. Do better. Or stop calling yourselves a customer-oriented bank.
