My girl friend booked this place for her bridal shower and on her wedding morning they held her guests hostage because according to them balloons stuck to the wall peeled the paints. Now we asked since the bride is not here because it was her wedding day already, did she sign any documents concerning the damages? They said yes! Did you guys ask her to pay caution fees incase of damages they said No! But since the deed has been done, we are the ones responsible for the damages. Going forward we asked to reach out to the manager who into said she can't tell us the amount to pay for the repairs because her boss wasn't around. And so the security guys locked us in the compound and deprived us of attending the wedding. Okay! Give us the owners number they refused saying it's against their policy. I have never been to a place where staff and managers are so incompetent in business. Again it's the owner of the place I blame for not setting outright policies on how to run his business. I will never recommend anyone I know coming to Benin to lodge there. God forbid
