I stayed at their apartments. I can't speak for the hotel guests.
Things to improve:
1. Acess to the apartments - For a 2 bedroom, I think their should be temporary acess for the second room occupant.
The access scanner at apartment entrance doors need to be relaired
2. Elevators in some blocks don't work.
3. Digitize your meal registration. Making someone sign a register feels like secondary school. I believe you have the finesse and capacity to operate a digital acess restaurant.

The receptionist answers my questions like I was disturbing her.
I paid for 2 nights but could only stay for one especially after the receptionist showed up at the door with some guys who wanted to come in and put the ceiling fan back up. Crap
