Zingy Z.★★★★★ — Another good spot for food on the island. Great options with seafood, lamb, Australian cuts and pasta but pls dont try the creamy mushrom pasta. Its rubbish. We asked the chef to re-check but he did not seem to care.

ONYINYECHI
Shola B.★★★★★ — Authentic Nigerian food flavors smack in the middle of the island, decently priced a. The service is fast and cheerful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our different dishes
Samuel I.★★★★★ — Rich food. Soup was very well made. Vegetablesnwere very fresh. Drinks were very very cold. Ambience was nice with very cool environment. Music was relaxing. Nice place. Good food. Strongly recommend.
Yasmin B.★★★★★ — My sister and I got the chickendodo dish and cocktails: Sex on the beach, red passion w/ a shot of tequila. The cocktails were really good. The food was ok, would’ve liked more seasoning but the portion was perfect. Overall, service was a bit slow. We had to wait for our food for almost 1.5 hrs. Joy was an amazing server and she was the best thing that happened in this place!
Oluwa D.★★★★★ — This is my second time here in a week. The food is a hit. The ambiance is so chill with great music. And the service was great. Joy attended to us and was super attentive to me and my boys. And took great care of us. We will definitely be back. ….and one more thing we love alllll the games to entertain while we wait.
Mojisola Y.★★★★★ — So this place has been popping up on my IG for a couple of weeks now and I knew it wasn't far from me, my friend coincidentally dragged me here and I had a good time. There was a lady singing which made the atmosphere really cool. I loved the food and the portions were great too. Overall I had a good time here and will be back soon.

Mcmatthew S.★★★★★ — Nice food 🥘 great customer service i love it 🥰
Zainab M.★★★★★ — Want a taste of home-made meals?
Foodies Hot and Spicy is your plug. They have gotten their variety of rice right. And that smoky jollof? One for the books!!! 🔥 😊
You wanna try some!
Favour E.★★★★★ — I bought a parfait today, and they sold the one that has gone bad. Apples were rotten and the yoghurt was so sour and tasted terribly. Parfait of N5,500 o.
I regretted buying anyway. Should have just stuck with Prince Ebeano that sell theirs for N3,500. Just wanted to give theirs a trial. Ended up wasting my money.
ogunbambi A.★★★★★ — Food and service was great. Slight delay especially during peak period but trust me, they have staffs willing to go all the way to make sure you order is processed and delivered. Quite pricey but you get your money's worth. I fully recommend
STEPHEN F.★★★★★ — Black bell is an exceptional restaurant. I prefer the one at Ikots, beside mega chicken. The entry is lovely.
Ayodeji E.★★★★★ — I had one of the worst customer service experiences here today. I contacted the restaurant on WhatsApp to place a food order, but the person responding was replying as if it were an email, taking 15 to 20 minutes between messages and eventually stopping altogether. I ended up wasting over an hour waiting for responses.
I then drove 20 minutes to the restaurant. When I arrived, I saw the same woman responsible for handling the WhatsApp messages. I asked if she was the one responding, and she confirmed. I noticed that WhatsApp was open on her phone, which made it clear that the messages were being intentionally ignored. When I asked about it, she had nothing to say other than a very nonchalant apology.
At that point, my wait time for food essentially had to start all over again. I asked to speak with the manager, but the person who came over was dismissive, almost shushing me and trying to shut the conversation down instead of listening to or addressing my concerns.
Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. I spent nearly three hours just to eat here, entirely due to the service experience.
Diosa B.★★★★★ — The food is nice. We got catfish and yam fries and also catfish and potato fries, i didn't taste the catfish though cos I'm not a fan but my friends said it's nice. I looooveeee the yam, crispy and nice and the potatoes was perfect
I got chicken and chips and i looove it. The sauce was nice too
For ambience, i love the waterview and also the mirrors at the entrance-you can take nice pictures there ( p:s it was nighttime and the light quality inside the restaurant itself isn't all that and i didn't want to use flash light thereby being in people's faces)
Their Pina Colada is nice too
Everything is quite ffordable too
For service, the service wasn't great tbh. They were understaffed and the orders even got mixed up at a point, the orders got to us really late and i almost didn't want to eat again
The music isn't too loud and it's great
The location is great but parking space is a big issue
Their restroom is neat, i like that
Benny★★★★★ — A total waste of time and energy. We battled through crazy Lagos traffic to get here, only to have our time completely disrespected.
The Menu: The menu is confusing and lacks basic inclusivity. You are forced to buy a protein with every soup; there is no option for a simple vegetable or broth-based meal. The layout is misleading, separating soups and proteins in a way that hides this "forced" requirement until you’ve already invested time. Not everyone eats meat or wants a heavy protein meal, and there is no reason not to offer a protein-free soup option.
The Service: Between the confusing menu and the staff, we had an hour of our lives wasted. The employees seemed absent-minded and clearly overworked. Management needs to better equip this place to handle busy periods.
To fight through traffic only to find a place this rigid and poorly managed is beyond disappointing. If you don't want meat/fish or you value your time, avoid this place
Josh O.★★★★★ — BukkaHut Gbagada is like that friend you can count on. Not flashy or fancy, but always delivers with good food and service. Giving 4 stars because the signpost is hard to spot when driving. Will upgrade it to 5 stars once that’s fixed.
EDIT:
I drove by recently and I saw that the signpost has been fixed. Now upgraded to 5 stars.
Toksy B.★★★★★ — The food quality and value for money are second to none . I enjoyed the ogi, akara and moin moon on many occasions for breakfast. I always purchased as takeaway. I am not impressed by the atmosphere but it is clean and people sit quietly enjoying their food.
Adeife A.★★★★★ — The service at this branch is incompetent and that's me being generous. I went to black bell Ikota on the 28th of December of 2025. They over charged my card. I then proceeded to complain about the issue the next day. They told me I would expect I refund within 14 business days. Till today I have not received the refund. If you want efficient service and honest business dealings, I would not recommend the black bell Ikota branch.
UdokaObis★★★★★ — Blackbell always delivers with their food taste and all their branches come correct. The sausage and chicken pie is like my favourite thing. You should also try their signature fried rice if it’s available. The food is also good value for your money, you can choose to eat or take out.
Mercy E.★★★★★ — Enjoyable meal, Good taste. Some messages were getting sour and should have been adequately reheated and tasted before being served. There were some unnecessary charges but it was a good experience at the end of the day. More oversight and supervision needed on meal prep and storage.
Tayo A.★★★★★ — The place was cool and serene. Neat as well.
The lounge attendants were smart, respectful and the wait time for the food was okay. They need to work on the flies though being not too far from a swampy area but other than that it’s a lovely place to be. The variety of food is amazing
Okoro A.★★★★★ — Six Fifteen Bar & Events Centre delivers a solid dining and hangout experience, especially when it comes to food. Their peppered chicken stands out well seasoned, spicy, and properly grilled. The isi ewu and nkwobi are rich, flavorful, and satisfying, clearly prepared with attention to traditional taste. The grilled catfish is another highlight fresh, smoky, and well marinated while the fried fish, chips, fried potatoes, and yam are generous and well done.
Their cold drinks selection is reliable and well stocked, making it a good spot to relax or host casual meet ups. The staff are generally polite, responsive, and professional, which adds to the overall comfort of the place.
One practical tip: it is best to call ahead before arriving, as service flows more smoothly when they are prepared. Also, parking can be a bit tight, so planning ahead helps.
Overall, Six Fifteen is a good choice for quality food, chilled drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere, especially if you value great local delicacies done right.
Dr. M.★★★★★ — We had food at this restaurant and found the food quality is good. The service staff is good and helped us choose the right dishes.
Venkateswarlu K.★★★★★ — First time I came to this Restaurant and I enjoyed buffy food of Non veg with varied chicken, fish and mutton fry and gravy items, biryani and Beer. Must try once. Also you have live music band and pool side lunch / dinner option with service.
Chidiebere E.★★★★★ — This center is a top-tier choice for large-scale events. The halls are impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating everything from loud concerts and church programs to professional seminars.
It’s a solid three stars—only missing the fifth because the lobby can get a bit congested when multiple events end simultaneously. Still, for sheer capacity and accessibility, it’s one of the best organized venues in the Maryland!
Jennifer E.★★★★★ — The food is unnecessarily expensive and the wait time is ridiculous for a QSR. The only thing I enjoyed was the pastry
Adedayo T.★★★★★ — First time at blackbell restaurant..visited the one in Gbagada and I was highly disappointed..it gives the fine dining vibes from outside but inside was boiling hot, people were leaving because of the heat..I asked if there was AC but it's like the AC is just there for aesthetics..I kept requesting for a fan at least, instead I was given a dirty carton piece to fan myself lol
