Metaphyzist★★★★★ — I wish there was a zero star because FibreOne isn't worth 1 Star. They will tell you 10 working days, but it will take 2-3 Months for you to get it. Their staff are some of the laziest, most nonchalant people on the planet. You will beg and cry for them to come for installation, they won't. I visited their office about four times, acting drama and creating a scene for them to come fix an issue, they will make promises, but never show up. I made over 30 calls to their agent, technical officials, customer care line, still got nothing in return. For Fibre one, "tomorrow" means next Month. This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of engaging with. In the end, I just dashed them the 127k I paid for it because there's no refund. Had to go get starlink. Don't waste your time buying from them, this company is a mess!
