Despite my friend’s horrible experiences, I still gave this place a chance, only to encounter the exact same unacceptable behavior. While negotiating with one of the staff, this rude, chubby-looking Black man butted in with ridiculous and offensive comments like, “We don’t negotiate here. All these foreign people, self.” I calmly told him not to repeat such a statement, yet he had the audacity to say it again. I had no choice but to leave because I absolutely cannot tolerate such toxic energy.
What is the point of this profiling? If you continue treating prospective customers so poorly, what exactly is the purpose of running this business? The lack of basic customer service is shocking. Do better.
