Facility used to be really good at one time. Alas, poor management has turned it into a very poor lodge. But for the security of the estate (top notch), this facility would have been long forgotten. Will not advise anyone to lodge there for any reason.

Great service. Wonderful rooms. Topnotch security. Air conditioners were working perfectly. Great for international visitors to Warri and environs.

Rooms are sizable. The bathrooms are not so great. There is constant power and hot water. The hotel is in a heavily guarded estate which makes it a bit difficult to navigate to the outside world. Cab service from the hotel is very pricey same as the hotel restaurant meals…
