Their service is good. The staff are friendly, and they respond promptly, although some complaints will prove to be beyond them.
However, over the years, I have witnessed an unfortunate decline in their rooms, mostly due to inadequate cleaning and issues with maintenance.
The wardrobes now are full with dust because the cleaners don't go in there, the bathrooms suffer neglect in corners leading to dark spots in several areas.
The doors are faulty sometimes, leading to some serious concerns about safety.
Oh, and the restaurant, there needs to bE an intervention In the quality of food.
Overall. Diato is still an okay place. I will still go there whenever I visit again.
