Clean environment, peaceful, nice location, the service was genuinely nice, They have standby Power, Small parking space, but I noticed alot of smoking, even in the reception.

The location is Great. Rooms are okay, but the services are very poor. You'd have to beg for a Towel before you get one. They depend on government electricity, once there's no light you'd be left without fan, nor AC. The bar man isn't always around.
