The doors to the three of six rooms we booked were faulty - wouldn’t open from inside, card access declining etc.
Not sure if it’s a general problem on the Island, but they were out of water supply intermittently. Practically had to go buy some bags of sachet water for a Sunday morning shower because they said their water supplier was running late up until about 10am.
I am able to give this facility up to 3* simply because of the very impressive effort of a certain Blessing at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure that we had access to as much as she could help with, even helping arrange transportation within the city and pointing us to fun things to do.
The laundry person was however rude, mean, stained my white shirt and packaged it for me then when I mentioned, he spoke back rudely.
