nonye O.★★★★★ — My room was tidy enough, the bathroom was ok although I believe mold is starting to build in the crevices of the bathroom tiles, but my worst experience was having to share my room with rats. Little rats kept coming into my room from under the door and also escaping from holes in the wall. I spent 2 nights, but I couldn’t sleep a wink the last night bcos the rats kept crawling everywhere and I had to put my box, bags nd personal effects on the bed to ensure the rats don’t touch my stuff. Imagine paying 45k a night to sleep with rats. And they brought me a horrible meal of rice nd boiled egg ( complimentary breakfast ). Like who serves a guest white rice, stew and boiled egg. I’m still very upset bcos as I type this, the rats are all over my room nd they claim they r fully booked and as such can’t change my room. Horrible service and I definitely do not recommend.
