It's a beautiful place, their services were warm and receptive, but as at when I got there few things which are generally in demand wasn't available when I placed my order they should work on that

It's a good place for relaxation with friends and family. There food is good, but the need to improve more. There is security which is priority to every hotels 🏨. But there general services is very nice. I gave them them 👍 and there location is very good.

Graziella Hotel is quite ok, for the price, location is nice, good security, parking space is not an issue at all. The bar, music and Grill place stood out for me. However, I think the hotel has lost its touch and needs proper maintenance and management. ✌️

It's a good place for the price. Very large parking space and adequate security. However the bar attendants are usually slow and reluctant in service, maybe because of work load on them in the evening hour.

Nice hotel and pocket friendly. The new building is more satisfying than the old one. Plumbing services is needed in some rooms in the old building but generally it's good place to be and hope I mentioned that the Generator is only available from 2:30pm till morning.
