Our food took more than 1hr to arrive and it was total trash not even close to what I ordered. The vicinity is fine but food is total rubbish. 90% of what's on the menue is not available and you won't still get exactly what they said they have. Peace out...✌️

The Lobby smelled of Indian hemp when I used the staircase to my room and when I complained the worker just smiled at me like it’s normal as if that wasn’t bad enough I needed a quick shower by 6am and they was no water available, I had to call and it took nearly 30mins for water to be made available. I had high hopes and expectations coming here but I was disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody cos it is expensive and isn’t worth the money

But taking a chance and coming here changed my mind. It’s actually quite nice. Still needs a bit more improvement on customer service but it’s need. The WiFi is slow but works pretty well. I enjoyed my stay.

Alaye ★★★★★ : I’ve stayed at Keves Inn and Suites two or three times now, mostly for short family holiday trips. Overall, it’s a solid spot that offers great value for your money. The location is easily very convenient to get around. The rooms and service are decent enough for the price point (around 3/5), but the atmosphere is child-friendly, and the view is definitely a nice bonus. Good choice if you want a reliable, budget-friendly stay with a nice backdrop.

Imagine finding left-over food in the room you got, and condom case, yet, the receptionist care less about it when you called her attention to it? The pillow was smelly, and they don’t provide dental kit. I had to go out of the hotel in the morning to buy dental kits. The phone in the room wasn’t working too; I had to go out every time I needed to make order. I didn’t enjoy any hospitable treatment in this hotel other than the nice food which also came late by the way. Overall, the staff of this hotel are very unprofessional. I regretted staying there.

They have absolutely no business being in the hospitality business as they do not understand the basics about guest comfort. Whilst at the rooftop for dinner, our noses were assaulted by the smell of marijuana from other patrons of the rooftop bar. Very very loud music from the pool party kept playing until into the very wee hours of the morning. The rooms are not sound proof so I was awake until 4am. DO NOT LODGE AT THIS HOTEL.

Couldn't stretch to fridge to clarify drinks available. 6. T. V functionality set in a way only they can manage to change channels. Attempt that at your own peril! :-( 7. Snail coach internet😭 Am just done!
