I was also told no towel, tissue paper or soap because there are not available in the store at that moment.
Also you can do better with the customer service, the receptionist lady seem already tired of her job

The receptionist wasn't on sit, and someone had to go call him, and he walked out without a shirt. I'm guessing it's a mistake. We didn't get to stay cause the reception alone wasn't presentable, and the place looked dilapidated.
Other than that, the bar outside was booming so much that I feared the noise would make it hard for guests to sleep.

If you are in need of freshly prepared and delicious fish, then you are in the right place.. Their services are excellent and staff are Friendly and professional too ... There is still room for improvement though, due to the non availability of space, there is no provision for parking lot for visitors. I believe in time they will expand and make that available..
