Nice boutique hotel located in a serene part of Calabar. Spacious and clean rooms, but the bathrooms especially could use some fixing up, I barely had water running from my shower. Staff are friendl

Services are poor likewise room interiors. Cost per room also quite high with little or nothing to show for the amount collected. Cigarettes smells everywhere as room are not well taken care off.
