I didn't even get the opportunity to go there because plans changed and these people refused to refund claiming no refunds policy that wasn't mentioned before payment was made. I don't understand why you wouldn't mention that y'all don't refund before taking my money but suddenly…

Lovely hotel with nice range of rooms based on your budget. The manager is cool and other members of staff are okay and quite friendly. The power is really erratic and they sometimes wait till they run out of fuel for their electricity generators before they go out to purchase…

Power supply is erratic. With no power you can't pump water. Location is central to all the places I need to be hence the reason it's getting an "ok" rating from me. Management should be more attentive. It has the potential of being quite nice. Smoking "allowed".
