It's a beautiful hotel in a strategic place, but it lacks maintenance in the rooms. Their towel is dirty and looks more like a floor towel. Their bedsheets are not good. It is dirty. They need to put airfreshner on the walls of the corridor to make the air inside to be very good…

Very poor hygiene. Bed sheets, duvet, and pillow cases were all dirty and unchanged. Services generally were below below par.

Royal Park as often called is one of the best hotels around summit road. A glass house, well lighting and designed. The road tobthe hotel is good and the environment is serene. Good management and I must commend the staffs. It's also a beautiful place at night. I had fun here…
