Ahmed O.★★★★★ — Closest to the Eleganza roundabout of the two similar bank branches here. Car park space available within when the tankers haven't blocked the entry. Helpful security. Working ATMs. Easy secure entry. Minimal queue. Attentive and responsive customer service help desk.
Mustapha M.★★★★★ — Except for the trucks that plagued the road leading to the bank. It is easily located along the road and the atm works fine.
Ahmed O.★★★★★ — The place is distinct from its same categories. The bank is a strong and surviving one and takes care of its customers needs immediately. They offer same banking services but lesser traffic inside because of the ongoing road construction going on on the road.
D. L.★★★★★ — Zenith bank Along Mobil road is a safe and easily accessed bank you can easily perform your transactions.
Staff there are friendly and the customer care service is good..
Sagir★★★★★ — They have good services but the banking hall is not spacious. Most of the time is very busy.
Ahmed O.★★★★★ — This bank branch is located on a six storey building just beside another bank. Can't tell if they own the whole building but their other sub categories of same parent exists. There's car park space inside with gate secured and the security men are OK too. It has ATM presence which is quite working. No much queues within except at close of work periods on few occasions.
Sagir★★★★★ — Good banking services and customer friendly
Ihuoma I.★★★★★ — Wema bank is located in Apapa, a commercial area with a lot of business taking place like wearhouse, retail, chopping center and banks. We have Nigeria Port Authority in this area too
Ahmed O.★★★★★ — Easy located and accessible branch. Good security. Nice staffs! Can't tell what cheered them on but smiling attending to customers. Nice structure. No visible parking space which means impossible and even worse at the moment due to ongoing construction on the road. ATM built and working with dispensing as well.
Bisola O.★★★★★ — Nonchalant behaviour from staff, very slow in responding, waiting time is usually long. The only things good are the car park and Atm. But overall, it is not a good experience at all. I was told to wait till she finished her meeting as she couldn't do both and the other person was looking mean, angry and uninterested.
Sagir★★★★★ — Great and beautiful architecture. Good banking services. The car park is very spacious. I love this branch. ATM machine has cash always with more than 5 to choose from. This branch has #Wheelchair accessibility ramp. There is #restroom for customers. The security personnel are very helpful.
Azode L.★★★★★ — Excellent experience from Gbenga and Kehinde. They know what they’re doing and they see to helping you meet your needs. I just wish to see them smiling more as this can make a stressful day a joyous day. Great folks!
Engineer M.★★★★★ — Terrible experience, unprofessional staff, everytime I go there I regret, besides the very slow work and unprofessional things they do, last time I went to stop my dollar card they told me its done stopped and they issued new one for me, so I asked them if the one they stopped can't work anymore, they told me yes and you can try it and the transaction will be declined and surprisingly after doing that it worked !!! The card which they told me they stopped it , it was working and they debited me for that!!! And then they told me to wait again till they fix the issue, its a terrible and bad experience I don't advice anyone to deal with them. No safety for your money suddenly transactions happen and they debit you. Mistakes that you can't imagine can happen just with them.
Dennis E.★★★★★ — Apapa branch of one of Nigeria's top five banks. All the usual banking transactions are available here.
Ahmed O.★★★★★ — Cool branch located near a popular hotel. 3 way entrance and exit. Good security. ATM presence by the left side for entry. Deposits only at the ground floor. Wide banking hall occupying total first floor. Crowded as usual. Customer service behind. Other financial transactions on top floor.
