I paid ₦10,000 for a scan after being assured by the cashier that I could pay for the scan without registering for treatment, with the scan scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the scan was never done, and I notified the hospital before 2:00 p.m. that I would not be coming. When I returned on Wednesday, my account details were collected and I was assured that the ₦10,000 would be reimbursed. However, I am now being told that my money cannot be refunded unless I come back for treatment. This was not the initial agreement, and it is extremely disappointing to receive contradictory information from a hospital of such reputation. This is not merely about ₦10,000; it is about integrity, transparency, trust, and respecting an agreed financial transaction. I simply want the refund I was promised.

It is quite disappointing that, for an entire team, no one is on duty by 10:00 a.m. Please review the department being managed by these two ladies at the V/I branch, Blessing and Doris, and kindly address the situation accordingly. I visited on behalf of an employee to obtain an invoice for a procedure. What should have been a straightforward request became unnecessarily prolonged, as Doris focused on investigating who had communicated what to the patient rather than addressing my immediate request for an invoice. Despite explaining several times that I was only there to collect the invoice, I was kept waiting while she made several calls, putting the patient on hold over the phone and consulted colleagues. The matter was eventually resolved only after one of your Dr intervened. I found the interaction unnecessarily difficult and the communication/attitude displayed was not in keeping with the level of customer service I would expect from the organization. There was also some unnecessary back-and-forth regarding getting the invoice stamped. She ask me to get the document stamped myself which really got me concerned. On seeing my facial expression she called on a front desk officer to come and pick up the doc from me and stamp it while she remain seated. I would recommend that this feedback be reviewed and that appropriate customer-service coaching or retraining be considered for the invoicing team specifically - Doris. What kind of healthcare establishment makes you take off your shoes to get your blood pressure taken??? Let me rephrase, this hospital MAKES you take off your shoes to get your blood pressure taken. I, the layman, had to explain how germs work, to the HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS??? Jesus. Oh and yeah, the service is abysmal. You wait for HOURS and the doctors don’t even acknowledge your presenting complaints. They just focus on whatever gives them the most money. In my case it was a surgery I absolutely did not need.
